Le règlement délégué précise que les industriels doivent financer les systèmes de répertoires (EMVS et NMVS).
Le financement de l’EMVS est prélevé sous la forme d’une redevance unique au niveau européen au moment du On-Boarding auprès de l’EMVO.
D’autre part, il y aura une cotisation annuelle pour le développement et la maintenance du NMVS français et un contrat à signer avec France MVO pour les exploitants non adhérents du CIP (Club Inter Pharmaceutique). La version finale du contrat a été validée par les représentants des industriels.
Tous les exploitants représentant les MAHs sont redevables de ces frais et doivent s’acquitter du paiement annuel de la cotisation.
L’exploitant est défini dans le Code de la Santé Publique comme que l’entité en charge de la distribution et qui est soumise à la règlementation afférente. Dans la plupart des cas, les filiales françaises des sociétés pharmaceutiques sont les exploitants.
Le montant de la redevance pour France MVO est fixé annuellement. Le barème en cours applicable aux exploitants concernés par la sérialisation sera communiqué en adressant une demande à info@france-mvo.fr.
The Delegated Regulation specifies that industrials must finance the repositories systems (EMVS and NMVS).
As a consequence there is a one-time fee at the European level for the EMVS which is paid when the OBP realizes the EMVO onboarding.
On the other hand, there will be an annual fee paid for the development and the maintenance of the French NMVS and a contract to be signed with France MVO by the “exploitants” which are not members of CIP (Club Inter Pharmaceutique). The final version of the contract has been validated by representatives of the industrials.
All the “exploitants” representing the MAHs are liable for these fees and must pay the annual fee.
The “exploitant” is defined in the French health care law and is in charge of the distribution and regulatory requirements. In most cases the French affiliates of the pharmaceutical companies are the “exploitants”.
The amount of the fee for France MVO is set annually. The current scale applicable to “exploitants” concerned by serialisation will be communicated by sending a request to info@france-mvo.fr.
